Hi Sebastien, libatlas-base-dev depends on libatlas3-base, so I think simply removing "| libatlas.so.3gf" is sufficient? Or am missing something? (I have to admit that I always had problems understanding the interactions between the various BLAS/LAPACK/ATLAS packages.)
