Dear Maintainer,
running `hikisetup` i get:
$ hikisetup myhiki
/usr/bin/hikisetup:175:in `+': can't convert Errno::ENOENT into String
(TypeError)
from /usr/bin/hikisetup:175:in `rescue in main'
from /usr/bin/hikisetup:152:in `main'
from /usr/bin/hikisetup:180:in `<main>'
also note, that `man hiki` mentions a `--copy` flag, but
$ hikisetup --copy myhiki
/usr/bin/hikisetup: unrecognized option `--copy'
/usr/bin/hikisetup:175:in `+': can't convert GetoptLong::InvalidOption into
String (TypeError)
from /usr/bin/hikisetup:175:in `rescue in main'
from /usr/bin/hikisetup:152:in `main'

thus there is currently no way to create a new hiki site :-(
