Hello Bastien, I got the following reply from upstream. I do not know how i should proceed before packaging version 2.2.1. Should I:
1) Ask upstream to remove these files from the tarball? 2) Repack the source tarball myself excluding these files? 3) Proceed with with the files in the source tree? I would opt for (3) since the files may be used in tests of the source code.
