Package: anjuta
Version: 1.2.4-1
Severity: normal
When coding in perl, anjuta will frequently get confused about what's a
regular expression and what isn't. It seems to assume the "/" character
signifies the start of a regexp unless it has some absolute proof that it is
not. Since that character is also used to divide numbers, this means that a
lot of perl scripts mistakenly end up half highligted as a regexp.
Example: The following string highlights correctly:
my $foo = $bar / 5;
The following string highlights badly:
my $foo = $self->{bar} / 5;
Thanks,
Tyler
