4th. In particular it adds support in the spdy module for SPDY/3.1 which
would be nice to have.

Unfortunately we cannot upload 1.5.X series to testing/sid. The problem
is that if jessie freezes before nginx 1.6 is released we will end up
with a development version in debian stable that we need to support for
2+1 years.
We are planning to push 1.5.x to experimental though.
