When lxml moved to 3.3.1, xml2rfc broke with the following message:

AttributeError: 'lxml.etree.iterparse' object has no attribute 'resolvers'
This affects normal invocations of xml2rfc, as well as its test suite.
This was not a problem with lxml 3.2.0.
