Since libneon27/mirall are linked to GnuTLS, this boils down to what was diagnosed in #683160 :-/ Note that the situation isn't improving with OpenSSL linked either, from local compilation tests I've made, as it also exhibits the same issue (which is already reported in #683159 btw). I couldn't spot an env-var allowing to dynamically change the default prototocols to use (which exists in GLIB, but not in Qt AFAICT) :-/ The solution is then to ask admins to update their devices, or to wait for a patch upstream, I'm afraid.
