It's true it can be regenerated, but having in the source package the
very same one used the the "call for translations" makes sense, this
way the POT-Creation-Date value can be used as unique identifier to
check that the po files are against the right pot file.

For example:

        grep POT-Cre *.po{t,} | cut -d ':' -f 2- | sort | uniq | wc -l

must be equal to 1.
