I have in mind the scscp GAP package [1,2] which is meant to run SCSCP servers providing a subset of GAP procedures: <GAP_PKP_SCSCP>/config.g and <GAP_PKP_SCSCP>/example/myserver.g may be local computer specific configuration files. Let me know you believe this is to specific or this is rather an scscp server matter.
