I can confirm the file conflict betwwen bash 4.3-1 and bash-doc.
A quick look to the files included in the .deb files shows that all the
files included in bash-doc are also included in the bash deb package.
The solution would be either to repack bash without the doc or change
the suggest of bash-doc in bash and set is as an alias for bash-doc.
By the way, for the moment, the workaround for this problem is simply
removing bash-doc. Since all ints files are in bash=4.3-1 and no package
have hard dependency on it, nothing should break.
