So, I started chopping off my .muttrc and I was left with one single line. :) color index red black '~B "Content-Disposition: attachment"' #presenti allegati So, one could say "OK, your config fault." Well, I found another tricky side of the prob; if I try the command you suggested: mutt -f mutt_killing_message_from_DebianBTS -F/dev/null indeed I can open the message, but if I try to see its headers with "h", here it is a segmentation fault again. In the meantime my version of mutt is 1.15.21 since I am still using Debian testing. > Or maybe a backtrace? Right now I would not know where to start but I am willing to learn and try if you still can not reproduce the bug with these new info.
