This bug should be fixed on the next upload coming soon. As part of the fix,
the init script requires modification to remove 'dbus' from Required-Start and
Required-Stop, otherwise a new installation of mumble-server without
installing dbus-daemon will fail:
Setting up mumble-server (1.2.5-245-g221a5d7-0.1+0cdu0+wheezy) ...
insserv: Service dbus has to be enabled to start service mumble-server
insserv: exiting now!
update-rc.d: error: insserv rejected the script header
dpkg: error processing mumble-server (--configure):
subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1
