Please upload a new version of anon-proxy that build depends upon libxerces27-dev instead of libxerces25-dev. Hopefully, this should be the only change required to get the new version of xerces. As of this writing, xerces27 is built on all architectures except arm and built and installed on all architectures except hppa. (Okay, it's in Dep-wait on m68k, but that's not impacting testing at the moment.) You probably will want to check its status:
