Package: prewikka

Dear Maintainer,
installing prewikka results in post-install script error and dpkg
exiting with error (1). Error is triggered by sed statement in
"/var/lib/dpkg/info/prewikka.postinst".
Replacing double quotes with single ones seems to fix the problem and
install succeeds:
