I upgraded owncloud with apt-get updgrade owncloud ` E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1) /etc/apache2/conf-available/owncloud.conf does not exist on my system. The owncloud config is in virtual host container in /etc/apache2/sites-available. /var/lib/dpkg/info/owncloud.postinst had references to /etc/apache2/conf-available/ so I copied /etc/apache2/conf-available/owncloud.conf from another host and reran apt-get upgrade. It then completed succesfully, but has the side effect of enabling access to my owncloud installation on every virtual host on my server at the URL format of http://vhost.example.com/owncloud.
