Bug#676820: gnome-shell: does not honor rfkill for bluetooth

Hello, I habe checked the version that I have and i can see that I have already the 3.4.2-7+deb7u1 installed (screenshot below). So it means the bug is still there with this version. What should I do to try with the 3.8.4-5+b1 to test it? I have a Fujitsu Siemens S7110 Laptop. I have a other Laptop, a Dell Latitude D610 (same Version Debian as on the fujitsu) and I have also there the same bluetooth issue.
