I can confirm this bug also with gnome-backgrounds/3.10.1-1. Trying to run settings/background will crash gnome-control-center, Setting "Have file manager handle the desktop" in gnome-tweak-tool will show background, but sure with no icons. Tested on 2 computers, same result.
