Another manifestation of this bug is error
"gzip: stdin has more than one entry--rest ignored"
which you might see on F3 (View) on ZIP/JAR files.

This does not fix the problem. Besides "mc.ext" already have this code --
perhaps you did not let mc to update "mc.ext" due to local changes?
