This DELL laptop has a built-in card reader that was 
recognized. Not anymore since a couple of weeks.

What I get using the built-in card reader:

$ opensc-tool --reader 0 --name
SetCOS
$ opensc-explorer 
OpenSC Explorer version 0.13.0
Using reader with a card: O2 Micro Oz776 00 00
unable to select MF: Transmit failed
$ pkcs15-tool --list-keys
Using reader with a card: O2 Micro Oz776 00 00
PKCS#15 binding failed: Unsupported card

What I get using an external card reader:

$ opensc-tool --reader 1 --name
SetCOS
$ opensc-explorer --reader 1
OpenSC Explorer version 0.13.0
OpenSC [3F00]>
$ pkcs15-tool --list-keys
Using reader with a card: OMNIKEY CardMan 1021 01 00
Private RSA Key [todentamis- ja salausavain]

(and the rest of the card data for both certificates)
