Builds of mate-panel against libmate-desktop-dev 1.8.x (as currently
found in unstable, and for that matter testing) have been failing:

panel-run-dialog.c:46:40: fatal error: libmate/mate-desktop-utils.h: No such
file or directory
#include <libmate/mate-desktop-utils.h>
Could you please take a look? I suspect simply upgrading to the
latest upstream mate-panel release will take care of the matter.
