up to now, there is no "Debian team" around DAViCal except for Andrew, who is a Debian Developer (DD) and the sole maintainer of the davical and awl Debian packages. From what I can see, the Debian packaging for davical and awl is maintained directly in the upstream repository's master branch, in the debian/ directory. So my idea is that you, the new DAViCal team, maintain the Debian packaging in your upstream repo (just like Andrew did in the past), build and test new Debian packages, and then give me a shout so that I can review your changes and upload the updated package to the Debian archive. I can do some mentoring regarding Debian packaging, but I'd prefer if I can leave the main responsibility with you. ANDREW: assuming your agreement, could you state (preferably in a signed email to #742498) that you're ok with having your Debian packages awl and davical taken over / co-maintained by the upstream DAViCal team?
