Having a nicer list earlier would also be nice, but it's more
complicated while just fixing the iframe at the "Browse Git Repository"
page is an easy fix with hardly any disadvantage (one click more for
projects that really only have one git repository in their directory).
Having the list already at the /scm/?group_id= page would either mean
the php code needs to know about which git repositories exist (not very
recommendable, as that would mean more reading of untrusted data from
the php code) or just embedding the iframe to gitweb already there.
Which again would likely mean to change the layout there and so on and
so forth...
