Package: libevolution-cil Version: 0.10.2-1 Severity: important Justification: fails to build from source
If mixed environments are not supported by Debian (stable plus testing/unstable), please ignore this bug report andsorry for your time. I had a little problem trying to build the package libevolution-cil with the following command: fakeroot apt-get -b source libevolution-cil -t testing The build process ends like this: checking for CORBA include paths... -I /usr/share/idl/bonobo-2.0 -I /usr/share/idl/bonobo-activation-2.0 -I /usr/share/idl/evolution-data-server-1.2 checking for "evolution-shell-2.4"... checking for "evolution-shell-2.2"... Package evolution-shell-2.2 was not found in the pkg-config search path. Perhaps you should add the directory containing `evolution-shell-2.2.pc' to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable No package 'evolution-shell-2.2' found configure: error: Library requirements ("evolution-shell-2.2") not met; consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if your libraries are in a nonstandard prefix so pkg-config can find them. make: *** [configure-stamp] Fout 1 Bouwopdracht 'cd evolution-sharp-0.10.2 && dpkg-buildpackage -b -uc' is mislukt. E: Dochterproces is mislukt the package does have a dependency for libevolution-dev, but it needs at least version 2.2 to work. The file "evolution-shell-2.2.pc" only exists in that particular version. -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing'), (70, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.13 Locale: [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED] (charmap=UTF-8) -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
