I'm not completely sure, but I suspect this might be the same problem that bit me: https://bugs.launchpad.net/qemu/+bug/1310324 See also: http://lists.nongnu.org/archive/html/qemu-devel/2014-04/msg03016.html Unfortunately it appears that the developers are not working on that. I'm trying to understand something of QEMU, but it's a pretty complicated thing and I'm just beginning.
