As far as I saw, #745624 isn't an issue: During the BSP I saw that it just
needs an rebuild and it will pickup the right pppd-version automatically.
(The code pppdcapiplugin also supports that, Makefile.template contains
PLUGINDIR=${DESTDIR}/usr/lib/pppd/$(PPPVERSION)
)
For the libcapi20-3, I'll take a look tonight.
