it could be nice to have upstream-tarball.mk get-orig-source target use what's in debian/watch, or simply call uscan, if DEB_UPSTREAM_URL is not set. In that case, it would be nice to keep DEB_UPSTREAM_TARBALL_MD5 check. That would avoid having two places where upstream tarball set. Thank you for your attention.
