Hi, Well, I've tried to follow the instructions on http://volatile.debian.net/, but the mailing list seems to be a bit of a black hole (no response at all for a week), so I'd like to dump this on you since you are interested in seeing postgrey in volatile.
You can find the signed package for volatile at http://fortytwo.ch/debian/postgrey, it was built from a sarge pbuilder chroot, so it should really be fine for sarge.
