Package: git-annex
Version: 5.20140421
Severity: wishlist

git-annex does a whole lot of magic using plumbing commands to
provide checkout-like behaviour, but it does not call the
post-checkout hook. This hook is required at the moment to fix up
permissions/ACLs that are garbled in a multi-user setting (#729757),
and also because Git's core.sharedRepository setting actually
doesn't apply to files in the worktree.

See githooks(5) for info on the post-checkout hook.

Thanks,
