We don't have to "support DMARC" as such, it would enough if lists.debian.org didn't send messages having DKIM signatures that do not verify. OTOH, if we are going to boycott DKIM, we should probably do it actively and reject at SMTP time every DKIM-signed message which is sent to a debian list, as we seem to have "decided" (I hope not) that we are unable to distribute them unmodified.
