I think that for the moment I will solve the problem by removing the pcf suffix
from application/x-font, or remove this media type altogether.

I just added application/font-sfnt for TrueType and OpenType fonts.  It looks
like applications/x-font is quite misleading as it is only for legacy formats.
I hope I can remove it eventually.
