I would like to do it by myself, but, as I already said, I am not
familiar with perl.

These are the requirements apt-venv satisfies, It would be great if
also chdist did the same:

 * application must allow user to run his own scripts/command
 * application must allow user to exec a bash session
   + application must prevent user from using sudo/su during a session
   + application must set env variable which points out the current
distro/release during session
 * application should support both Debian and Ubuntu
 * application should be compatible with XDG Base Directory Specification
