I suggest pinging the MIA team instead, especially since you're willing to adopt this package. Given that the package isn't orphaned, I don't know what you expected to achieve by cc-ing debian-qa. If you want to NMU scribus, or adopt it once the MIA team orphans the package, debian-mentors is your point of contact, not debian-qa. > Dear maintainer, > Scribus 1.4.3 was released in the past 2013-07-30 [0], but I can't see any > activity for this release. > Moreover, the package has a lot of long-standing lintian warning, errors, and > pedanting tags [1], and some bugs that I really would like to see fixed (e.g. > #712718). > > If you don't have enough time of whatever, would you like to have me as a > comaintainer? > > [0] http://sourceforge.net/projects/scribus/files/scribus/1.4.3/ > [1] http://lintian.debian.org/maintainer/[email protected]#scribus > > -- > regards, > Mattia Rizzolo > > GPG Key: 4096R/B9444540 http://goo.gl/I8TMB > more about me: http://mapreri.org > Launchpad User: https://launchpad.net/~mapreri > Ubuntu Wiki page: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MattiaRizzolo -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
