There seems to be a problem in 13.010 in sid building a kernel for amd64 on an amd64 machine. It is building the package with arch=x86_64 instead of amd64, which is illegal in debian (no underscore allowed). Works fine in a clean chroot on testing (13.003) and fails the same way on a clean chroot on unstable. I can't find in the documentation how make-kpkg determines the architecture without --arch but even when I set that, it still changes to x86_64.
