That won't work:
tupi is currently part of the libav10 transition and the outdated binaries
on non-Linux archs prevent it's migration to testing. Unless the upstream 
release
is coming really soon tupi will either need to be removed from testing
or the libav10 patch needs to be applied in a testing-specific upload on
top of the current version in testing.
