Package: postfixadmin ... Recommends: ... , mysql-server | postgresql-server ... postgresql-server doesn't exists. That's why apt-get will always install mysql :-( Maybe a virtual package postgresql-server would be nice - I don't know. Currently there is just postgresql-9.1 - as far as I understand.
