python3-flake8 does not ship a Python 3 aware "flake8-3" (or similar) program. Instead it just depends on python-flake8 which provides "flake8". Thus there is no Python 3 counterpart for "flake8 foo.py", and flake8 complains about Python3 specific constructs.
