We plan to do first a eglibc 2.18 -> eglibc 2.19 transition, we need to
ask a transition slot for that, so we don't fully control the timing for
that. Then we'll do the transition eglibc 2.19 -> glibc 2.19.

It's therefore difficult to give you and exact estimate, but let's say
we plan to upload it in about 3-4 weeks.
