Am I wrong in thinking that if we add this line, then we're making life harder for those who want to run OpenVPN *on top* of Tor? The insserv's overrides mechanism might be a better way for system administrators to accommodate their local requirements. Also, it feels a bit awkward to me to work on improving the SysV initscript, while at the same time Debian is moving to systemd as its default init system, and Tor 0.2.5 (that we'll presumably have in Jessie) will ship with a native systemd unit. That's maybe not a blocker, though.
