Problem is with uscan from devscripts 2.13.4 it have to be this path other wise uscan won't use use it at all: uscan warning: pgpsigurlmangle option exists, but debian/upstream-signing-key.pgp does not exist, What you're suggesting is what I originally set up but then changed my mind to make it operational with uscan from stable (bpo). In theory everything is build on sid (except bpo's), so you're probably right when saying to make it working on sid.
