duck checks HTTP URLs in debian/copyright, but not HTTPS ones:
$ echo 'http://foo.example.com/' >> debian/copyright
$ echo 'https://bar.example.com/' >> debian/copyright
$ duck
debian/copyright:8: URL: http://foo.example.com/: http://foo.example.com/:
ERROR
Curl:6 HTTP:0 Couldn't resolve host name Could not resolve host: foo.example.com
(Of course, bar.example.com doesn't exist either.)
