Package: xloadimage Version: 4.1-23 Severity: wishlist File: /usr/lib/mime/packages/xloadimage
/usr/lib/mime/packages/xloadimage has its entries at priority=1, which is the same priority level as the text renditions by /usr/lib/mime/packages/caca-utils (from the caca-utils package). I think xloadimage is superior (much superior usually) to cacaview and that therefore xloadimage could helpfully have priority=2 in its mailcap. (The priority levels are of course a matter of cooperation between packages, deciding which does a better or more relevant job. priority=2 on the various image formats is what iceape, iceweasel, and imagemagick currently have. I think xloadimage is equally as good as those for displaying an image.) -- System Information: Debian Release: jessie/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (990, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 3.14-1-686-pae (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=en_AU.utf8, LC_CTYPE=en_AU.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages xloadimage depends on: ii libc6 2.19-1 ii libjpeg8 8d-2 ii libpng12-0 1.2.50-1 ii libtiff5 4.0.3-8 ii libx11-6 2:1.6.2-2 xloadimage recommends no packages. xloadimage suggests no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
