Package: dracut
Version: 037-2
Severity: normal

During boot I get:

Jun 25 15:39:55 localhost systemd[1]: Initializing machine ID from random
generator.

Looks like the machine-id in the initramfs is empty:

# lsinitrd /boot/initrd.img-3.14-1-amd64 | grep machine-id
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 0 Jun 25 13:22 etc/machine-id

Yet the machine-id on my actual system is properly setup
# ls -la /etc/machine-id
-r--r--r--. 1 root root 33 Nov 11 2011 /etc/machine-id

dracut should copy the /etc/machine-id from my system into the
initramfs but fails to do so.
