ruby-webkit-gtk2 are the bindings for the deprecated libwebkitgtk-1.0-0 library, which is the old WebKit1 API built against GTK+ 2. You already ship ruby-webkit-gtk, which are the bindings for WebKit1 built for GTK+ 3 (libwebkitgtk-3.0-0). Since libwebkitgtk-1.0-0 is deprecated and ruby-webkit-gtk2 has no rdeps, it'd be great if you would stop providing it. That would allow us to drop gir1.2-webkit-1.0, as ruby-webkit-gtk2 is the only rdep. Also note that libwebkitgtk-3.0-0 is also deprecated, so you may want to drop ruby-webkit-gtk as well.
