No, definitely not possible in wheezy-updates, please read https://wiki.debian.org/StableUpdates. Someone could investigate whether backports of both openconnect and plasma-nm may be possible, there are no guarantees that this will work or be feasible, especially as developer focus is now on the upcoming jessie release.
