Yes. search engine: site:debian.org "/etc/default/grub.d" packages content search: https://packages.debian.org/search?searchon=contents&keywords=grub.d&mode=filename&suite=unstable&arch=any Looks like we're the first ones to ship a /etc/default/grub.d snippet. I guess the arbitrarily chosen /etc/default/grub.d/10_apparmor.cfg is fine. It allows others to easily hook into it earlier or later. If you wish I can start a discussion on the Debian grub maintainers mailing list. >>> Maybe a Lintian warning raised when a package depends on >>> the apparmor one, and it's not on some whitelist of packages that >>> really need to depend on it, would be enough to catch most of these >>> problems, though. > >> Good idea. > > Are you interested in working on this? At least filing a wishlist bug > against Lintian, describing the need, and marking #702030 as blocked > by that other bug would be a good start. Done: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=754730 Cheers, Patrick -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [email protected]
