It appears the bauble desktop app has been discontinued.
The new website is at [1].
The desktop version can be found on github[2], having been merged from
launchpad[3]. While no version later than 0.9.7-2 was ever formally
released, the 1.0 series on launchpad is labelled "mature" and might be
worth testing.
It looks like the desktop app has been discontinued in favour of a
webapp.[4] Perhaps that should be packaged.
