Had you bothered to read any of the subsequent bug reports you would
know that Image_Color is not currently packaged because of licensing
issues which debian-legal claimed made it non DFSG compliant. That issue
is being worked on with the PHP Group to remove this issue and deal with
the license issues. Your patience is appreciated unless you're
Image_Color's upstream author(s) and ready to change the licensing at
this very minute.
