These bugs are both related to the same issue filed by different
individuals that failed to look closely into the bug reports already
existing or failing to realize where the actual bug lied. This issue is
already well known with ALL PEAR modules currently under the PHP License
which -legal has started is not DFSG compliant. Work is being done with
the PHP Group to correct these issues but at this time has not been done
and so the package upload of php-image-color that I have had ready for
several months now along with packages for php-numbers-roman and
php-numbers-words await to be uploaded once this matter is fully resolved.
