Description: Using Jessie for months and booting fine. Latest "apt-get update" and then "apt-get upgrade" as of 7-22-2014 results in very slow boot. There seems to be known issue with udev. Running bootchart2, I noticed also that udev was strung out. My observation of boot process itself is consistent with report of 30 second delay and I noticed this during "/dev population..." message.
