I did not merge that. For manuals, some people (including myself every
once in a while) prefer HTML docs.

I included upstream's /etc/tigrc in the package. I think it's a better
user-experience to have a config file with all the defaults which is
easy to modify rather than having the defaults (only) compiled in or in
some examples directory that you'd have to stumble across first.

The 2.0.2-1 package was uploaded a minute ago.
